Lean Production Kick-Off Meeting

In October 2022, the long-awaited Lean Production kick-off meeting was held in the third floor conference room of the company, which marked the official launch of Lean Production promotion activities company-wide.

General Manager Liu Bin, Assistant General Manager Song Jun, Vice President of Production Nie Gang, Head of Quality Department Lu Ming, all workshop directors and team leaders and other frontline management posts attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Assistant General Manager Song Jun announced the official establishment of the Lean Production Implementation Leadership Team. The project manager of the consulting company made a presentation on the project plan and explained the Lean structure and responsibilities, and the system related to the Lean project. The company set up project teams according to the project promotion requirements. At the meeting, each team member made a determination for their respective projects to overcome many difficulties and achieve lean production.

Finally, Mr. Liu sent a message to all employees, hoping that they would cultivate more interest in learning work, turn passive into active learning, learn more, communicate more, seize this rare opportunity to learn and grow, work hard, and play the teamwork spirit to finally ensure the steady implementation of the lean production project.
